It's recommended using the middle loop in conjunction with the tip of an anal electrode. Something like the Moaner would be perfect, but even a monopole pad electrode placed behind your anus would work well too.
This electrode holder is made from ABS (think Lego plastic); it's hard-wearing, non-porous and doesn't need painting or any other finish.
